Crossroads is hiring a full-time Case Manager in Providence, Rhode Island, to provide community-based, housing-first support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The role includes comprehensive assessment, case planning, referrals, advocacy, safety planning, progress evaluation, and coordination with internal and external providers, while maintaining confidentiality and supporting a caseload of 20–30 participants. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in Human Services, or an associate degree plus two years of relevant experience, or a case-management certification plus two years of relevant experience, or eight years of relevant experience. The position pays $22–$27 per hour.
