Description
The Case Manager provides direct case management and client services to adults with substance use and mental health disorders, including linkage to resources, development of daily living skills, advocacy, coordination of care, and support toward personal recovery goals. The role is mostly community-based, requires a company vehicle, and may use flex hours. It requires an accredited college or university or high school education, at least one year of behavioral health or related experience, and an active Ohio driver's license.
