DeCoach Recovery Centre is hiring a Case Manager in Fairborn to provide direct case management and client services for adults with substance use and mental health disorders. The role includes linking clients to resources, developing daily living skills, advocacy, coordination of community and therapeutic services, and supporting personal recovery goals. The position is mostly community-based, requires a company vehicle, and offers flexible hours. Candidates need an accredited college or university or high school education, at least one year of behavioral health or related experience, and an active Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record.
