Depaul is hiring a mid-level Case Manager for Cosan Nua East to support homeless service users through direct resettlement and case management, including identifying Homeless HAP opportunities, coordinating with landlords, estate agents, local authorities, and other agencies, advocating for housing applications, and providing informational support. The role is a 12-month fixed-term position with a view to permanency, hybrid working, and a full-time 35-hour schedule, with annual compensation of €34,093.59. Applicants need a social studies or case management qualification, at least one year of social care experience, interagency experience, housing and case-management knowledge, and a valid licence and access to a vehicle.
