EML is looking for a permanent, full-time Case Manager to join their claims team in Sydney. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims, focusing on individuals with physical and psychological injuries. This role involves close collaboration with injured workers, employers, and healthcare professionals to facilitate return-to-work outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, preferably from a Health Sciences, Allied Health, or Legal background, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
