Description

EML is seeking a permanent, full-time Case Manager to join their Superannuation team. The successful candidate will manage claims on behalf of superannuation fund clients, focusing on distributing death benefits and managing disablement claims such as TPD, IP, and Terminal Illness. This role involves implementing effective claims management and member communication strategies, ensuring compliance with superannuation legislation, and providing compassionate support to members and their families.

Additional Information
