The Franklin County Community Based Correctional Facility is hiring a full-time Case Manager to assist adult male residents in a minimum-security residential diversion program. The role involves identifying individualized resident needs, developing and updating Individualized Success Plans, tracking progress, providing interventions, and supporting rehabilitation and successful reintegration. The position pays $23-$24 per hour and requires an associate degree or preferred bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with two to three years of experience in corrections, psychology, criminal justice, social work, substance use disorder treatment, or mental health preferred.
