Free Baltimore is hiring a full-time Case Manager to support youth and adults navigating the justice system in Baltimore. The role includes weekly one-on-one adult case management, rehabilitation and needs assessments, individualized service planning, crisis intervention, and group facilitation for youth and adults. Responsibilities also include advocacy, coordination with legal and community partners, and connecting clients with housing, healthcare, and vocational resources. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of experience in the criminal justice system or with high-risk populations, trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing skills, and proficiency with EHR or case-management software. The salary is $60,000–$63,000 per year.
