Description
GDIT is hiring a Case Manager to provide clinical support and coordinate healthcare and support services for military beneficiaries and their families. The role assesses clients, develops treatment plans, monitors care progress, oversees discharge planning, coordinates referrals and multidisciplinary services, and supports transitions between levels of care. It requires a registered nursing degree or a master’s degree in social work with appropriate licensure, at least two years of related experience, and a Secret or Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. The posting is contingent and expected to start in 2027, with work locations including Fort Bragg, San Diego, Hurlburt Field, Fort Campbell, and Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
