The Case Manager provides case management and support services to participants, helping them maintain employment and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities include developing service-delivery plans, providing training and job-readiness support, coordinating referrals, maintaining case records, linking participants to community resources, advocating with employers and organizations, and providing job development and retention services. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a human-services field or equivalent experience, two years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.
