The Good Seed CDC is hiring a Case Manager to report to the Program Manager and provide client-centered case management for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The role manages a caseload of 15–20 participants, conducts psychosocial assessments, develops service plans, provides outreach and housing navigation, coordinates healthcare and community referrals, and supports employment, benefits, education, and appointments. The position requires knowledge of homelessness and systemic barriers, experience with vulnerable populations, familiarity with Los Angeles County service systems, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
