Description
The Case Manager provides recovery-oriented case management and clinical services to individuals with persistent mental illness or emotional and behavioral disorders. The role coordinates treatment and community resources, conducts assessments and risk monitoring, advocates for clients, supports medication adherence, uses crisis intervention, plans discharges, and documents care in compliance with Washington Administrative Code and agency standards. It requires a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a closely related field, clinical assessment experience, a Washington State Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor Credential, and a valid Washington State driver's license with automobile insurance and an acceptable driving abstract.
