Help Group is hiring a full-time Family Support Specialist for its Partnerships for Families early-intervention program in Sherman Oaks and Lynwood. The role provides case management, family-centered support planning, multidisciplinary coordination, outreach, documentation, safety planning, and program support for expectant parents and caregivers of children ages 0–5. A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field, at least one year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families, familiarity with strengths-based services and group facilitation, knowledge of diverse communities, and Spanish bilingualism are required.
