Description
The Case Manager supports veterans and their families in achieving housing stability through client intake, housing searches, move-in and move-out activities, case planning, referrals, recordkeeping, tenant issue remediation, and coordination with community partners. The role is regular, full-time, exempt, and requires a Monday-Friday schedule with on-call participation. A related bachelor’s degree is required, a Social Work degree is preferred, and the position requires a valid Indiana driver’s license, background screening, physical ability to handle up to 45 pounds, and strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
