Description
Management & Training Corporation is hiring a full-time Inmate Counselor at the Bay Correctional Facility in Panama City, Florida. The role reports to the case manager supervisor and provides individual and group counseling, social development support, educational and vocational guidance, program recommendations, unit rounds, incident investigation, and release preparation for assigned inmates. An associate’s degree in counseling or a related field is required, while a bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience are preferred; directly related experience may substitute for formal education. A Florida driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required unless waived, and annual in-service training is required.
