Description
Odyssey House is hiring a Case Manager for its Haven program in New York City. The role provides substance abuse counseling, intervention, case management, treatment planning, advocacy, and coordination of medical and detoxification services to tenants with HIV/AIDS, mental illness, and substance use disorders. The Case Manager will manage a caseload of 20 to 25, conduct home visits, maintain records, collect monthly rent, and attend supervision and training. The position requires a high school diploma and either one to two years of counseling experience or two years of Odyssey House experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Human Services.
