Perfected is hiring a full-time, mid-level Case Manager in Pasadena, California, to manage client cases for the LA Fire Justice campaign. The role covers intake qualification, medical-record coordination and review, plaintiff form completion, client engagement, quality assurance, post-settlement coordination, high-volume client communication, case filing, community outreach, audits, and deadline-driven case management. The position requires a bachelor's degree or similar experience, at least one year of mass tort or related case-management experience, legal knowledge, customer service, and high-call-volume experience. Compensation is $30–$36 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
