Project Renewal is hiring a Case Manager for its 59th Street Women’s Shelter, a 24/7 emergency shelter for homeless women with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The role provides intake and psycho-social assessments, case management, referrals, independent living planning, documentation, housing and service coordination, community liaison, and appointment escorting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with two years of experience, an associate’s degree with three years of experience, or a high school diploma or GED with four years of experience, along with case management software, Microsoft Office, communication, and team-management skills. The salary range is $43,558 to $47,678 per year.
