Description
Project Renewal is hiring a Case Manager for its New Providence Women’s Shelter, a 130-bed emergency shelter serving homeless women with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The role conducts intake and psycho-social assessments, makes referrals, develops and monitors Independent Living Plans, maintains client records in CARES, connects clients with housing and other services, provides guidance on goals and appointments, and collaborates with community organizations and program staff. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience or an associate's degree, 1–2 years of experience with homeless adults, substance use, or mental health populations, and knowledge of CARES and Microsoft Office.
