Project Renewal is hiring a Case Manager for its 59th Street Women’s Shelter, a 24/7 emergency shelter for homeless women with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The role provides intake and psycho-social assessments, case management, referrals, independent living planning, documentation, housing and service coordination, appointment escorting, and liaison with community organizations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with two years of experience, an associate’s degree with three years of experience, or a high school diploma or GED with four years of experience; bilingual or multilingual ability is a plus. The salary range is $42,290-$46,290.
