Project Renewal is hiring a Case Manager for its Canopy Women’s Shelter program, which serves homeless women with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The role conducts intake and psycho-social assessments, provides case management and direct services, develops independent living plans, coordinates housing and other resources, maintains client records in CARES and physical charts, and supports clients toward permanent or community-based housing. The position requires an associate’s degree with one year of relevant experience or a high school diploma or GED with two years of relevant experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The salary range is $42,290-$46,290, and the work involves navigating a six-story facility, standing and bending, and extended computer use.
