Project Renewal is hiring a Case Manager for Ana’s Place, a 108-bed emergency shelter for homeless men with mental illness and/or substance abuse. The role conducts intake and psycho-social assessments, provides case management and counseling, helps clients develop and follow Individual Living Plans, documents client information in the CARES system, assists with financial entitlements and housing services, and provides escort services. The position pays $48,530 per year and requires a high school or GED diploma with relevant experience or an associate's degree, along with experience working with homeless adults, substance use, or mental health populations.
