RCIL is hiring an OPWDD Case Manager in Utica, New York to provide case management for individuals receiving community services through OPWDD funding, including Self Direction programs. The role supports individuals with disabilities in using their services and funds, communicates with individuals and support teams, maintains accurate documentation, and follows OPWDD rules and regulations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's or master's degree in social work, a related human services degree, or relevant case-management experience may be considered. The position offers an hourly wage of $22.00–$24.20, benefits including health, dental, vision, paid leave, retirement contributions, and flexible scheduling, with minimal travel.
