Resources for Human Development is hiring a full-time Case Manager for its Lehigh Valley Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The role provides recovery-focused, community-based behavioral health services, helps participants develop recovery goals, connects them with community resources and support services, advocates for their needs, maintains service documentation, and transports participants when needed. Applicants need two years of experience supporting individuals in behavioral health, addiction recovery, homeless services, or BHH/IDD programs, along with computer, communication, teamwork, and travel skills; a bachelor's degree and additional case management experience are preferred.
