Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Case Manager for the Qualifying Freel House in Markleeville, California. The role administers and develops case plans and treatment programs, serves as a liaison among clients, parents or legal guardians, and placing agencies, and completes required reports and documentation. The position pays $26.00 per hour, follows a Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule, and requires a bachelor's degree, two years of case-management experience, and successful completion of background, drug, physical, TB, and child-abuse-registry checks. Medical insurance eligibility begins after 60 days of full-time employment, with additional benefits available after 90 days.
