The Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Case Manager for Lake Granbury Youth Services in Granbury, Texas. The role administers, develops, and facilitates case plans and treatment programs; serves as the primary liaison among students, parents or legal guardians, staff, and placing agencies; and prepares progress notes, court hearings, probation officer visits, student visits, and home passes. Applicants need a relevant bachelor’s degree, be at least 21 years old, pass required background and health screenings, and meet Rite of Passage driver eligibility requirements.
