Description
The Case Manager supports Sanctuary for Families’ Anti-Trafficking Initiative by conducting needs assessments, developing individualized service plans, providing crisis intervention and safety planning, coordinating housing and public benefits, assisting with employment and education, connecting survivors with legal and healthcare services, mentoring interns, preparing grant documentation, advocating with service providers and government agencies, and maintaining Salesforce records. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience, bilingual English/Spanish ability, trauma-informed care knowledge, and experience with immigrant communities, NYC public benefits, and housing resources. It is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with a hybrid schedule and a budgeted salary of $29.73–$32.84 per hour.
