Description
The Social Worker evaluates and treats clients admitted for treatment in a home- and community-based rehabilitation setting, develops and implements treatment plans, documents client progress, provides one-on-one counseling, supports brain-injury recovery, attends team conferences, and completes billing information. The role requires a master’s degree in social work, NASW membership, related clinical experience in rehabilitation focused on traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury, Michigan social-worker certification, a valid Michigan driver’s license, and the ability to travel distances exceeding 45 minutes.
