Description
The Case Manager provides comprehensive case management services to individuals and families in a shelter program. The role assesses client needs, develops individualized service plans, connects clients with community resources, advocates for them, and maintains program compliance and documentation. It requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, human services, or an equivalent accredited program, at least two years of experience working with youth or families from immigrant, refugee, or other vulnerable populations, shelter or residential experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends on a staggered schedule. Bilingual fluency in English and another language is preferred, along with strong conversation and writing skills.
