Description
This position involves managing cases, documenting investigations, and ensuring all relevant information is considered for alleged rule violations. The individual will also perform tasks associated with various departmental projects, such as researching information, drafting correspondence, investigating facts, communicating with staff and external parties, and testifying before committees. They will handle processes like alleged rule violations, non-negotiable fund processing, and assisting with pre/post-hearing motions. Additionally, they will conduct interviews, organize deadlines, create reports, prepare for hearings, update case management systems, and provide customer service related to disciplinary actions and policy development.
