Volunteers of America–Greater New York is hiring a Case Manager for its Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program in the Bronx, NY. The role involves client intake and assessment, creating and updating service plans, conducting outreach to veterans including home visits and shelter-based outreach, connecting clients to needed services and benefits, providing supportive counseling, and documenting case management activities in line with agency and funder guidelines. The position requires 60 college credits plus two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with strong verbal/written communication and basic computer skills.
