CAMBA is hiring a full-time Case Manager to provide supportive services to tenants in the Bergen-Saratoga affordable housing development in Brooklyn. The role includes conducting intake and assessments, maintaining tenant files, developing and monitoring independent living plans, coordinating referrals and community resources, advocating for tenants, completing case conferences and reports, and assisting with benefits applications. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working with the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill population, fingerprint clearance, and the ability to work flexible hours occasionally until 8 pm. Compensation is $46,350 annually, with health and dental insurance and other benefits.
