CAMBA is hiring a full-time Case Manager to support tenants and their families at 185 St. Marks Place in Staten Island, New York. The role conducts intake and assessments, develops and monitors independent living plans, connects clients with community resources, advocates for tenants, completes home visits and progress documentation, coordinates referrals, and maintains tenant records. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and experience working with the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill population or equivalent experience. The position pays $47,174–$51,500 annually and includes health and dental insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and paid holidays.
