Description
Oscar is hiring a remote Case Manager for its Complex Case Management team to coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and home-care settings; educate members; assess social determinants of health; connect people with community resources; provide crisis intervention; and support care plans and treatment compliance. The role requires at least two years of clinical care-management experience, two years of experience with chronic medical conditions, and one year of care-coordination and navigation experience, along with an active unrestricted United States RN license or an MSW from a nationally accredited school. Compensation is $67,813–$89,005 annually in eligible states, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
