Description
The Case Manager provides child welfare and family services within Sheboygan County Health and Human Services’ Social Services Division, with primary responsibility for Child Protective Services and other statutory social service programs. The role responds to reports of child abuse or neglect, conducts safety, risk, and family assessments, develops and monitors case and safety plans, coordinates multidisciplinary services, prepares court documentation and testimony, and advocates for children and families. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, relevant social services experience, a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, and the ability to travel within and outside Sheboygan County.
