Description
The Family Consultant provides case management and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities, maintains individual charts and quarterly service plans, conducts monthly community and home contacts, supervises direct-care staff, coordinates transportation and social activities, and supports Medicaid and billing requirements. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or relevant experience, knowledge of foster care, developmental disabilities, and applied behavioral analysis, and includes office coverage, on-call rotation, and completion of 40 hours per week.
