Texas Panhandle Centers is hiring a full-time Case Manager - Family Support Specialist to provide trauma-informed care, screening, assessment, crisis intervention, family and individual skills training, community outreach, and direct community-based services to youth ages 3–17 and their families in Dumas, Dalhart, and the surrounding Texas Panhandle area. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related human services field, at least one year of experience working with at-risk youth and families, a valid Texas driver’s license, and age 18 or older. Compensation is $43,305.60–$46,009.60 per year based on experience level II or III, with benefits including healthcare, retirement matching, paid time off, and life insurance.
