Description
The Case Manager manages the programmatic component of a facility by implementing approved policies and programs, developing and maintaining individual and orientation program plans, conducting reviews and bi-weekly updates, and documenting resident needs and activities. The role also supports resident goal achievement, emergency procedures, community and government relationships, grievance investigations, case-file maintenance, resident terminations and parole or home-confinement planning, volunteer and intern supervision, and resident disciplinary processes. Applicants need a four-year degree in a relevant social, human-services, criminal-justice, or behavioral-science program and at least one year of experience in human services, corrections, or community-based services, with a total of five years of combined education and experience. The starting salary range is $36,000 to $39,000.
