Valley Hope of Atchison is hiring a Case Manager for its residential drug and alcohol addiction treatment facility in Atchison, Kansas. The role works Sunday through Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM under the Program Director and is responsible for continuing care planning, recovery education, resource coordination, clinical documentation, discharge materials, and communication with patients, families, agencies, managed care organizations, and medical staff. The position requires at least one year of experience in a similar position or healthcare environment and CPR certification; a behavioral sciences, education, or social work degree and substance abuse counseling experience are preferred.
