Description
Valley Hope of Moundridge is hiring a Case Manager for Wednesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM in a residential drug and alcohol treatment facility. The role plans continuing care, facilitates recovery groups and workshops, connects patients with housing, education, vocational, mental health, community, and medical resources, provides substance-use and mental-health education, coordinates with families and external agencies, documents treatment activities, and communicates with clinical and medical staff. The position requires at least one year of similar or healthcare experience and CPR certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days; a bachelor’s or graduate degree in behavioral sciences, education, or social work and state Case Manager certification are preferred. Starting pay is $22.00–$25.00 per hour, with an additional $9.50 per hour for each weekend day worked, plus medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
