RHD is hiring a full-time Case Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to coordinate behavioral health services for program participants. The role supports individualized recovery plans, advocates for needed services, connects participants with community resources, provides community-based support, and transports participants to appointments. It requires a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field, at least two years of relevant behavioral health or addiction-recovery support experience, intermediate computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel and transport participants.
