The Case Manager I provides professional intervention to clients at risk of homelessness and homeless clients through assessment, intake, crisis intervention, referrals, case management, and financial assistance. The role includes regular client contact, recordkeeping, needs assessment, follow-up on referrals, and home or field visits throughout the five boroughs. Qualifications include an associate degree in social services or a related field with two years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with no experience required; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
