Description
AltaMed is hiring a Case Manager II to provide comprehensive case management and outreach services to a diverse youth population. The role includes interviewing, counseling, assessment, caseload organization, mentoring, and management, as well as work oversight and mentoring of department members or volunteers. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant social services or human services field, at least three years of experience working with adolescents in underserved communities or public assistance programs, and a valid BLS certification or higher; bilingual Spanish/English is preferred. Compensation is $33.55–$41.93 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
