Catholic Charities is hiring an Unaccompanied Refugee Minor Case Manager to provide case management, foster-home supervision, safety assessments, service planning, court and reunification support, and coordination of behavioral health and other services for unaccompanied refugee minors and young adults in foster care. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with at least four years of Case Aide experience, strong case management and advocacy skills, bilingual Spanish ability preferred, a valid Arizona driver’s license, fingerprint clearance, and CPR and First Aid training. The position is primarily office-based with limited remote work, requires substantial driving and occasional night or weekend work, and pays $18.36 per hour or more depending on experience.
