Texas Panhandle Centers is hiring a full-time Case Manager - Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (1117) to provide trauma-informed care and skills training to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Amarillo and the surrounding Texas Panhandle. The role supports transitions from out-of-home placements, enrolls individuals in Home and Community-based Services, conducts assessments and treatment planning, documents cases, coordinates community resources, and participates in multidisciplinary team meetings. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a valid Texas driver’s license are required; experience requirements vary by tier, with Case Manager II requiring at least one year of relevant experience and Case Manager III requiring at least two years.
