Para Los Niños is hiring a Case Manager or Social Worker for its Home Visit team. The role conducts case management assessments and counseling or psychotherapeutic services for individuals, families, children, and youth; performs home, school, and psychiatric facility visits; coordinates clinical groups; maintains client records; and prepares reports for legal and contracting entities. The position requires relevant education, at least two years of experience for the Case Manager track or three years for the Social Worker track, bilingual English/Spanish ability, a reliable automobile, a California driver's license, automobile insurance, TB clearance, and COVID-19 vaccination. Compensation is $23.64–$29.90 per hour for the Case Manager track and $68,493–$76,024 annually for the Social Worker track.
