Description
The Case Manager will serve adults experiencing homelessness and mental health needs in Cherry Hill and Camden County, New Jersey. The role provides intensive community-based services, outreach, service coordination, advocacy, housing support, clinical recordkeeping, and daily living skill assistance, with travel within Camden County and use of a personal vehicle required. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, $22.20 per hour, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
