Description
The Case Manager supports the Clinical Coordinator in client services for a substance abuse treatment provider, including treatment planning, caseload management, individual and group interventions, crisis management, care coordination, and discharge planning. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience or training, behavioral health knowledge, communication and computer skills, and current CPR/First Aid/Narcan training.
