CAMBA is hiring a part-time Case Manager to provide case management and tenant support services for 27 families at Prospect Plaza Site 3 in Brooklyn. The role assesses tenant and family needs, develops independent living plans, coordinates referrals and community resources, monitors progress, advocates for tenants, assists with benefit applications, conducts home visits, and maintains records in an automated database. The position reports to a Senior Program Manager, requires a bachelor’s degree and experience with the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill population or equivalent experience, and pays $26.25 per hour.
