Description
Alexion is hiring a remote Case Manager to support patients with rare and ultra-rare diseases throughout their treatment journey. The role provides onboarding, disease and treatment education, injection and infusion support, adherence coordination, patient community introductions, adverse-event reporting, and resolution of access and treatment issues through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. The position is based in a home-office environment, supports the Eastern Standard Time Zone, and allows occasional patient meetings, HCP office support, and up to 15% travel to existing Alexion sites.
